公司地處昆山市北，距市區(qū)15公里，離上海虹橋機(jī)場(chǎng)45分鐘車(chē)程，上海港1個(gè)多小時(shí)的車(chē)程。公司擁有具國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平的保定維爾ZZ416型垂直無(wú)箱射壓造型線，每小時(shí)造模220箱，造型機(jī)型腔尺寸為480×600×330，可生產(chǎn)0.5公斤至15公斤重的產(chǎn)品，整線全部微電腦控制，專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)球墨鑄鐵、灰鐵等，其產(chǎn)品廣泛用于推土機(jī)、挖掘機(jī)零部件、通用機(jī)械零部件、汽車(chē)零部件、閥門(mén)零部件等，目前每月可生產(chǎn)各類(lèi)鑄件1200噸。
